OREA Luncheon: For the Love of CAMs-Part IV

Description

This fourth installment of the CAMS class will cover the following topics: 

- CAM Checklist: What you need to get started, tracking deadlines, correspondence with tenants, and how to handle their questions.  

- Caps: The importance of caps, what is included and excluded, and how to calculate them.  

- Taxes: Understanding the tax year versus the operating year, differences between paid in full and payment plans, tax exemptions, and how these can affect other tenants. 

The panel for this class will consist of Sumandhi Fox from the World Trade Center Portland, and Katrina Gaynor and Loyda Timmins from CCG Property Management. 

Attendees will earn 1.5 hours of continuing education (CE) credit, and lunch will be provided.
